For those of you with nice systems, how do you prefer to listen to your music?

I always preferred stereo but I went out and bought a sound level meter today because I was sick of not being able to hear vocals in movies. It did the trick, and I decided to test it out on music and I'm impressed with surround sound in music for the first time. I prefer 5 channel stereo to DTS: Music or Dolby PLII Music I think but I might finally have decided to stop listening exclusively in stereo. It feels weird listening to vinyl in surround mode, but it sounds really good.
