MTV and VH1 in the UK combined to compile a list of the greatest albums. The schedule of shows will run at these times:

February 28th from 1pm - MTV BASE (Top 10 from 9pm)
February 28th from 1pm - TMF (Top 10 from 9pm)
March 1st from 1pm - MTV TWO (Top 10 from 9pm)
March 1st from 1pm - VH1 (Top 10 from 9pm)

From that 100 they selected a shortlist of 27. People can then vote on those 27. So, obviously that part won't be included here, but the top 100 albums (with a distinction for the top 27) could be. Here is that link:

Still. Awful list. But I guess it might be eligible.

Is this list based on music video output or just the music? Last time I saw an MTV album list it was based on music video output.

From what I read it wasn't about the videos. They gathered their experts and came up with the list.
