From the KEXP home page (http://www.kexp.org) I found that this year's top 90.3 is a listener poll. Thus, I suppose that the previous years' top 90.3 (including the top 90.3 of the 90's which is not on the KEXP website anymore) were also listener polls. I will therefore remove these lists from my database unless anyone has other information.
