Have just returned back from South East Asia, to my hometown Edinburgh. Lot of changes over the say 40 years , grew up in Wester Drylaw Row. Had a lot of good friends, hope can reconnect but not sure where to begin.

I went to Old St Paul\'s church and Sunday school around1953 and well remember Father Rainsford and Father Lockhart.Do you remember Isobel Finney? Funny story,one day Father Lockhart knocked on our door for a visit and our lounge room was completely bare and soot filled as the chimney had just been swept.My mother was black affronted!!

Although born in Edinburgh I now live in Doncaster S.Yorks. I\'m trying to find an old school friend and brides maid Dawne Ritchie who married Alan Milne around 1964 ,Dawne was from Dalkeith Road her dad was Robert Darroch Ritchie her grandma had a small confectioners shop at the top of Minto Street. Dawne had a daughter Suzanne around 1967-68 I would really love to know where she is now.

My great, great grandfather (John Munro) was born in Granton, Scotland in 1824 and died in Salem, Ontario (Wellington County) in 1917. His wife, Margaret Calder was also born in Scotland and died in 1890. She came to Ontario in 1856 or 1857. Does anybody know Munro family members that are related to my Great, Great Grandfather?
