Just a word of warning re cheap Cyclons.
These batteries are used extensively at airports & hospitals.
Both of these industries will turn them over before the MTBF so that none fail in service.
Oft they will look quite new.
I was getting mine from a friend who worked at one of these places & retreived several from the skip bin.
However some one started sellng them off so they now send them away for recycling in sealed containers as some ( frome hospitals ) could constitute a bio hazard.
I can see no signs of lucar connector scratches on the little blades on the two I have. They look brand new. Of course I have no idea of storage times?
They can be used any which way up and you can carry a spare up your jumper if you want. Ron
