PM Netanyahu “determined to attack Iran before the US elections”

A military reporter on Channel 10 News in Israel this week described Prime Minister Netanyahu as “determined to attack Iran before the US elections.” He said his sources are telling him that there is “nothing President Obama can say” that will change the Prime Minister’s mind. The recent National Intelligence Estimate from the US intelligence services that showed Iran was making much faster progress than previously believed seems to have accelerated the timeline for a possible Israeli military strike to halt or delay Iran’s nuclear weapons program.
The groundwork has been laid, and the contingency plans for war have been put into place. The only question now is whether some event will intervene. I grieve over the prospects of war because I have been in Israel for every major conflict in the past forty years, and I have seen firsthand the devastating toll war takes on the tiny nation. Iran has prepared Hezbollah and Hamas to strike brutal blows on the Jewish people. If war does come, the cost to Israel will be staggering—but the cost of doing nothing would be even worse.

Top US general says, “Israel sees the threat more seriously”

Following meetings in Israel, US Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman General Martin Dempsey told reporters, “Israel sees the Iranian threat more seriously than the US sees it.” He pointed out that the two nations agree on the basic intelligence as to what Iran is doing but disagree on what it means. Dempsey added, “We admit that our clock’s ticking at different paces. We have to understand the Israelis; they live with a constant suspicion with which we do not have to deal.”
The threat posed by Iran is real, serious, and near at hand. Iran only needs to get to what defense experts call the “zone of immunity” (where their nuclear program cannot be stopped by conventional air attacks) to be able to leverage their threats against Israel into action. Today you and I are facing a choice; will we stand with Israel at the moment of prophetic crisis, or will we stand silently by like most of the world is doing? I believe I know what your answer will be!

While I was en route to Israel, Prime Minister Netanyahu issued a grim warning about Iran’s progress toward a nuclear weapon. “Yesterday we received additional proof that Iran is continuing accelerated progress towards achieving nuclear weapons and is totally ignoring international demands,” he said. He was referring to the report that Iran has greatly upgraded its underground facility at Fordow, installing more centrifuges into the site that is deep in the mountains.

Iran’s President Ahmadinejad says Christianity and Judaism not real

Please pray for me—I have been in more than 20 meetings in the last 48 hours. I will update you as soon as I am able. In a speech in Tehran recently, Iran’s President Ahmadinejad said that Judaism and Christianity are not real religions. “Islam is a world religion, and God has only one religion—that of Islam,” Ahmadinejad said. “He did not send Judaism or Christianity. Abraham was a harbinger of Islam, as were Moses and Jesus.” It is easy to dismiss false and laughable comments like this as the indication of someone not to be taken seriously…but that would be a tragic mistake.
I have met this man in person—to my knowledge I am the only minister of the Gospel who has done so—and I can tell you he absolutely believes these statements. When he says he wants to see Israel vanish, he means it! Ahmadinejad is completely committed to the destruction of the Jewish state and the Jewish people. And if something is not done, he will lead Iran to launch a devastating campaign of war and mass murder against Israel.

The difference between life and death

Greetings from the Holy City!
I arrived in Jerusalem as the sun was setting on Shabbat, August 25th, and hit the ground running. In my first two days, I have already seen presentations from three leading Israeli media companies that are bidding on our museum project. I have met with architects, business consultants, attorneys, and senior government contacts, and have begun interviewing candidates for the executive director position at the museum.
Tomorrow will be another action-packed day as I meet with a former Commander of the Israeli Air Force, active-duty fighter pilots, and weapons systems officers. After several appointments following up on yesterday's meetings, I will end the day with the Israeli Minister of Tourism, Stas Misezhnikov, to discuss our project and how it can be a landmark attraction for tourists in Israel.
From the moment I arrived here in Israel, I have seen the unmistakable signs of impending war. The security forces are on high alert. The people are making what preparations they can, but so many simply do not have the means to purchase the supplies that could save their lives in an attack. The scope of what Israel is facing is beyond description. Iran has given Hezbollah and Hamas tens of thousands of rockets and missiles to rain down death and destruction on Israel.
If Hezbollah can get control of Syria’s chemical and biological weapons stores, which is a very real danger, having a bomb shelter will no longer be enough. The people will need gas masks—something hundreds of thousands do not have and cannot afford. Together we can rescue these precious people from destruction.

Time is running out

The briefings and meetings I have been part of since I arrived here in Israel have made it clear that time is running out. Hezbollah training to “occupy the Galilee”

Today I met with a former Israeli ambassador, as well as a senior advisor to the Prime Minister, who offered great insight and advice on how we can advance our museum project. After this productive time, I headed off to meet with a former Commander of the Israeli Air Force and active-duty fighter pilots who showcased cutting-edge technologies, which could be incorporated into the storytelling of our exhibits. Finally, I met with the current Minister of Tourism, Stas Misezhnikov, who was very interested in the possibility of supporting our efforts and looking for ways in which we can work together.
Much attention is rightfully being paid to the threat posed to Israel by Iran’s nuclear program. But Iran’s terrorist proxies Hezbollah and Hamas pose a significant conventional warfare threat to the Jewish people. Hundreds of millions of dollars from Tehran have been spent to train, arm, and equip these terrorist organizations, and they are just waiting for instructions from the mullahs of Iran to strike at Israel.
More than 10,000 Hezbollah terrorists took part in a massive training exercise aimed at preparing them to “conquer and occupy the Galilee.” The analysts I’ve heard from have evidence that Iran helped plan and coordinate these drills and is behind this latest show of force. At least 2,000 more Hezbollah terrorists have been sent to Iran for advanced training. Some believe these measures are retaliatory—being prepared for use after an Israeli strike on Iran’s nuclear program. Others think that Iran’s leaders could order a major offensive with an eye toward tying down Israel’s military and preventing a strike.
In either case, the impact on the Jewish people will be massive if such a large terrorist campaign is launched. Palestinian leader calls for the death of every Jew and American

Please pray for me. I have been going 18 hours a day in meetings on the future of your Jerusalem World Center. Three companies have made their presentations for the museum, and I meet with our top choice for the director's position tomorrow morning.
Sheik Ahamd Bahr, deputy speaker of the Palestinian Legislative Council, delivered a televised sermon recently that called for the annihilation of every Jewish person and all those who support them. “Oh, Allah, destroy the Jews and their supporters” and “the Americans and their supporters,” Bahr said. “Oh, Allah, count them one by one, and kill them all, without leaving a single one.”
The enemies of Israel are deadly serious. Everywhere I go here in Israel, I see the unmistakable signs of the preparation for war. This is not a potential threat somewhere far off in the future; it is real and immediate and must be met right now. These violent anti-Semites mean every word of these pronouncements. They do not want peace; they want war and bloodshed and death.

Israeli people “not prepared for war”

A startling report on Israeli national television this week revealed how far the Jewish people are from being prepared for the coming war. More than half a million people in Israel have no access to bomb shelters at all. Their best defense—standing in the doorways during attacks. It is tragic! PM Netanyahu says “world’s commitment is hollow”

Some 120 nations from around the world sent representatives to a major conference in Tehran this week, legitimizing the murderous Islamic regime by their presence. Among their number was the Secretary General of the United Nations, Ban Ki-moon, the newly elected president of Egypt and Muslim Brotherhood member Mohammed Morsi, and the head of the Palestinian Authority, Mahmoud Abbas.
My old friend Prime Minister Netanyahu clearly pointed out the hypocrisy in an interview this week. He said, “Six million of my people were exterminated in an act of genocide. The world pledged ‘never again’; it passed treaties against genocide; it formed the United Nations; it made a commitment that this thing will never be repeated. Today, over 120 countries are in Tehran, saluting a regime that not only denies the Holocaust, but pledges to annihilate the Jewish state.”
The world may be able to pretend that Iran is just another nation with normal ambitions, but Israel cannot afford to make that mistake. We are not talking prophecy…we are living it!

Greetings from the City of the Great King.
As we concluded another meeting for the Christian Zionist Heritage Center, I turned to a friend and said, “We are not talking prophecy…we are living it!” The Lord is opening so many amazing and wonderful doors for us. I met with a technology company yesterday that is made up of current and former military officers who are using cutting-edge technology to create interactive experiences that we want to include in the new museum. It is going to be an amazing and life-changing experience for those who come.
While we work on these plans, we are also doing everything we can to help the people of Israel prepare for the war that seems to be so very close right now. I am appalled and outraged!

I am appalled and outraged. It is shocking that the US government is spending all of its energy and time pressuring Israel not to attack Iran’s atomic weapons program rather than pressuring Iran to give up its evil work. The Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Martin Dempsey, told reporters late last week that he did not “want to be complicit” in an Israeli attack on Iran.
This is shocking language coming from a friend and ally of Israel, and it is very revealing of the challenge we face as we stand with and for the Jewish people. Most of Washington cares far more about the election in November than they do about the fate of Israel if Iran succeeds in completing its nuclear weapons work. These are dangerous days—and God is watching to see if we will bless the children of Abraham and receive His blessing or curse the children of Abraham and receive His judgment.

I am amazed at what God is doing

Yesterday we held the dedication service for the Jerusalem World Center. I am amazed at what God is doing! During the last week and a half here in Israel, I have seen Him working in miraculous ways to bring this great lighthouse to show His love to His Chosen People to reality. I thank you for being part of this miracle effort…and today I ask for your help with an urgent need.
The drumbeat of looming war can be heard loudly across the Jewish state today. Tonight I will receive another intelligence briefing…but I can tell you that what I have already learned has me greatly concerned for the Jewish people. On another note, I talked with a guy who works with me that is a Christian but fully behind Obama. This man is black and I am beginning to think that many of the black race have a blind spot regarding BHO simply because he is black. The meeting came after news that the US was scaling back a scheduled joint exercise with Israel for October that was to have focused on improving Israel’s missiles defenses and the remarks by Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman General Martin Dempsey that the US does not want to be “complicit” in an attack on Iran.
According to reports from the meeting, the Prime Minister urged the US to focus more on stopping Iran than on trying to prevent Israel from taking steps to do so. The administration in Washington is clearly frantic to avoid an open war in the Middle East prior to the November elections. The problem is that every day, Iran gets closer and closer to the point where it cannot be stopped by a conventional military attack.
Israel has been pleading for help from the US and the world to deal with the threat posed by Iran. But just as happened in the 1930s, the world is mostly ignoring the threat. And if Israel is forced to act alone, the damage and destruction that will strike the Jewish people is beyond description. Nearly half the people of Israel do not have gas masks for the coming war

I bless you from the City of the Great King.
I wish you could be here with Carolyn and me. Almost 120 Jerusalem Prayer Team members joined us inside the bomb shelter/community center in Jerusalem. Thanks to you and others, it has been completely renovated. It has heating and air conditioning, an air-filtration system, beautiful kitchen and bathroom facilities and is, without a doubt, the loveliest bomb shelter in the nation. Of course, it is much more than a bomb shelter; it is a community center where Holocaust victims can gather.
While we were there, we met with a group of elderly, impoverished Holocaust victims who, one after the other, asked if they can say something. In broken English, they said things like, “Thank you very much, and God bless you. I wish you great peace.” We have presented each one with a gift card to buy things they need—medicine, food, or clothing. Also in attendance were a number of Israeli school children. I could not hold back my tears. It was such a moving experience, and it all happened thanks to you. To God be the glory!

Israel readying “secret weapon” for use against Iran?

I'm not sure on this but I think Israel recently told America that they would wait until the 25th of September before they take some kind of action.I believe that was in the mainstream press.Just can't remember where.
Thought it was interesting and "telling" that Canada today closed its embassy in Iran and recalled all the staff back to Canada and has given the Iranian Embassy in Canada 5 days in which to leave Canada.

Forty days to war?

Greetings from Jerusalem—the capital of Israel.
After meeting with dozens of top Israeli leaders during my time in Jerusalem, I have concluded that not only is war against Iran very likely but that we could be forty days…or much less…away from the beginning of the war. Though things could still change—and I am praying earnestly and ask that you join with me in intercession for Israel to be spared the horrors of war—this central truth cannot change. Iran must be stopped. Israel simply cannot survive a nuclear Iran.
And Iran’s leaders are not stopping on their own. In fact, in just the past few weeks, they have continued to install more centrifuges in their underground facility at Fordow near the Iranian holy city of Qom. They are producing more uranium than ever and enriching it to a higher level. Something must be done, and if the world will not act, then Israel will be forced to do so. The most likely scenario for such an attack (due to a number of factors, including the political situation in Israel and America as well as weather concerns) would be by the middle of October.

Iran is even closer to a nuclear weapon than most people think

I have just returned from 14 days in Jerusalem—at the most grave time in Israel's history.
For months I have been sounding the alarm about Iran’s nuclear program, and the briefings I received during my recent days in Israel have only heightened my concerns. Iran is much closer to having working nuclear weapons than we are being told by the liberal media. They already have enough enriched uranium for at least four “dirty bombs”—low-yield radioactive devices that could contaminate Israel’s major cities and kill thousands.
But they are also on the cusp of enriching uranium still further so that a nuclear warhead could be mounted on one of their Shahab-3 missiles and detonated over Israel. The technical work for the triggering and control systems is basically complete. And with Iran’s recently increased centrifuge capacity at its underground Fordow facility, enriching the uranium to the level needed for a warhead could be quickly accomplished.
There is no question of the commitment of Iran’s leaders to Israel’s destruction. When I met with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad two years ago in New York City as your mbassador, I saw clearly in his eyes the demonic hatred for the Jewish people that drives and motivates him. Israel cannot afford to wait much longer. Time has almost run out.

Terrorism is a team sport—thoughts on 9/11

In the world of terrorists, Tuesday, September 11, 2001 was a day of celebration—like a sporting event, and like a team sport, terrorism is a group effort. To win, America must focus on the whole team of opponents instead of one player. Yes, Bin Laden is dead, as is most of al Qaeda’s top leadership. Now Iran has become ground zero for world terrorism. The only difference is that it has $61 billion in reserves and is a turn of a screwdriver away from going atomic. The US must mobilize a multinational blockade to stop all oil from entering and leaving Iran. President John F. Kennedy successfully did that with the Cuban missile crisis. Such a move would collapse Iran’s economy in thirty days. It cannot fund terror without black gold—oil.
The Holy Grail of understanding is that most terrorism is now coming from Iran. Many of our soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan have been killed or severely wounded by Iranian IEDS (improvised explosive devices).
During World War II, the United States was not forced to confront suicide bombers on its own soil. Even in that war, we never came to the point that we could win the war by shooting down one suicide bomber. The victory obviously required more systemic measures. After 9/11, we realized that to truly defeat terrorism, we needed to open our eyes to the obvious; Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is the godfather of the global terrorist cartel. Mob storms US embassy in Cairo, Egypt

A mob of thousands stormed the US embassy in Cairo, Egypt earlier today. They breached the security wall and tore down the US flag (which was flying at half mast in remembrance of 9/11) and replaced it with an Islamic banner. The protest was apparently sparked by reports about a film being produced in the United States which the radical Islamists claim is “insulting to the prophet Mohammed.”
The US State Department responded by condemning “efforts by misguided individuals to hurt the religious feelings of Muslims” and added, “We firmly reject the actions by those who abuse the universal right of free speech to hurt the religious beliefs of others.”
This attack is a startling confirmation of what I have been telling you about the attitude of the new Egyptian government toward the United States and Israel. Attacking an embassy is an act of war, and for those with ears to hear, there are echoes in today’s news of the Iranian Revolution in 1979 when dozens of US citizens were held hostage for more than a year by Islamic terrorists. Though the US has given billions in aid to Egypt, the Muslim Brotherhood, which is rapidly consolidating near-complete control over the country, is no friend to our country or to the Jewish state.
The danger level in the Middle East is skyrocketing—and we must be active in standing for Israel. Jewish schools closed again because of terror attacks

Schools in southern Israel were closed on Sunday because of continuing rocket attacks from Gaza. In the little town of Netivot near the Gaza border, at least two homes were destroyed in a missile attack. These attacks occur almost every day. I talked to Israeli leaders while I was in Israel last week, and while they are doing everything they can to defend their people, they simply do not have the resources and time to protect every Jewish person.
I have been to these little towns and villages and know many of the mayors and other leaders personally. In times of crisis, we have always stood with these people, and we must do it again today. The poorest of the poor live in southern Israel. Many of them are Russian Jewish refugees who came to Israel with only what they could carry in a single suitcase. We cannot forget them!
It is a tragedy that the world simply ignores these events. While we were in Israel, I visited again the Yad Vashem Holocaust Museum. That solemn place is filled with the grim reminders of what happens when the world does nothing in the face of evil. It is not that the world did not know what Hitler was doing to the Jewish people; it is that the world did not care. And that is true again today.
While it is true of the world, it should not and must not be true of us. We must cry aloud, lifting our voices on behalf of the suffering of Israel. We must pray, beseeching the God of Heaven to come to the defense of His Chosen People. And we must reach out to them in love, doing all we can to help during these difficult days.

Skeptics said what I wrote was impossible…but it is happening right now!

For years, in both books and editorials, I have warned that Iran was sponsoring Hezbollah operatives in Mexico and Central America. Skeptics murmured that it was simply Islamophobia. Nothing could be further from the truth!
Unfortunately, the truth is not always accepted by those who wish to either laugh in derision or bury their heads in the proverbial sand when it comes to radical Muslim fanatics. For more than two decades, I have seen this battle coming and have been crying out with books such as The Jerusalem Scroll, which I wrote in 1999. In it I wrote about Osama bin Laden, the Taliban, and Islamic Jihad’s attempts to blow up Los Angeles and New York. The ridicule stopped on September 11th.
This week the news brought confirmation of my latest warning with the arrest of three Hezbollah members in Mérida, Mexico. Two of the detainees carried passports issued by the country of Belize. Reforma, a newspaper in Mérida, listed one of those detained as US national, Rafic Mohammad Labboun Allaboun, who also traveled under Belizean documents.
Allaboun had been under investigation by US intelligence authorities who identified him as a member of Iran’s proxy organization. All three men are being held in Houston, Texas. Iran has paid the Mexican drug cartels a fortune to imbed Hezbollah terrorists in the organization to infiltrate into the United States.
Several weeks ago, I had breakfast with the governor of Texas. I presented him with a copy of my novel, Seven Days. It is based on an attack on Iran’s nuclear reactors and tells of the Iranian response to send Hezbollah terrorists into the US through the Mexican cartels to attack US civilian targets. The events I described a few months ago are in the headlines today!

Breaking tradition, Obama will not meet Netanyahu this month

The White House has announced that President Obama will not be meeting with Prime Minister Netanyahu when the Israeli leader comes to America later this month. Citing the President’s full schedule, officials said the two leaders would not have a face-to-face meeting as they have done each time the Prime Minister has traveled to the US.
The Prime Minister made his position extremely clear this week when he said, “Those who will not draw red lines [regarding Iran’s nuclear program—which Secretary of State Hillary Clinton specifically said this week the US will not do] do not have the moral authority to give us a red light.” Sources in Washington indicate that the President was infuriated by Netanyahu’s remarks which pointed out that the US has refused to take serious and significant action against Iran. These reports indicate the decision for the two leaders not to meet was made in retaliation.
The Prime Minister and the President did spend more than one hour on the phone together—an unusually long time. I believe they discussed who is behind the attacks on US personnel in Egypt and Libya. (I have not received a briefing yet, but I have known Prime Minister Netanyahu longer than any other Christian minister in the world.) Iran is using radical Shi'ite groups to fuel and fan the flames because they believe if the US is destabilized in the Middle East, there is less chance of US support for an Israeli strike. I believe they also discussed the three Hezbollah terrorists arrested in Mexico last week. There are hundreds of terrorists embedded within the Mexican drug cartels.
Decisions are being made in Israel right now regarding the future and how it will respond to Iran’s continuing nuclear program. If America chooses to stand on the sidelines—or even worse, actively hinder Israel from doing what must be done—we are placing ourselves on the wrong side of God’s prophetic Word. And no matter what our nation’s leaders do, we must do all that we can to support Israel and the Jewish people.

More than 20 years before the 9/11 attacks he told me why it would happen

More than 3,000 Egyptian demonstrators tore down the Stars and Stripes at the US Embassy in Cairo on the anniversary of 9/11 and replaced it with a black Al Qaeda flag. In response to this outrageous act of war, US Embassy officials in Cairo issued a cowardly statement condemning “the continuing efforts by misguided individuals to hurt the religious feelings of Muslims as we condemn efforts to offend believers of all religions.” Later another Islamic mob stormed the US consulate in Benghazi, Libya killing the US Ambassador and three other Americans. Most recently, another protest at the embassy in Yemen again breached security walls, but no US personnel were injured there.
Why is this happening right now? The answer lies in our attitude toward the world and the threat of terrorism. On September 23, 1980, during the Carter-Reagan presidential race, I met with the head of Israeli intelligence, Isser Harel, who told me that America was developing a dangerous tolerance for terror. He said, “America has the power but not the will to fight terrorism. Terrorists have the will but not the power.” He further said all that would change with time because Arab oil could buy more than tents. Harel prophetically predicted that the first terrorist attack on American soil would be on New York City’s tallest building.
Today the same Liberal Left pied-pipers are playing the same song they played more than thirty years ago. Rather than believe that those who wage war against us are evil, they would have us believe that we are the evil ones for retaliating—or worse, preemptively striking to prevent danger to regional or world security. We see this mindset on display when a modern-day Hitler on steroids—Mahmoud Ahmadinejad—is invited to address the United Nations on Yom Kippur, and the Prime Minister of Israel cannot even get a meeting with the President of the United States.
This attitude of appeasement is deadly. It places the United States, Israel, and all those who have not yet bowed to the will of Islamic sharia law in great danger. There is a literal life and death struggle taking place on the world stage today. And you and I must be more than spectators to these prophetic events.

Please join me in this urgent prayer for Israel right now

Last week, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) declared that Iran is moving its nuclear production underground and doubling the number of centrifuges it has installed at its facility near the city of Qom. While Iran is approaching the “immunity zone” that would make its underground nuclear fuel sites impregnable to attack, the US government is not sending any ultimatum to the mullahs.
So it does look like Israel is on its own with Iran. To add insult to injury, the Obama Administration is trying to hold back Israel from taking action. Prime Minister Netanyahu’s remark that “those in the international community who refuse to put red lines before Iran don’t have a moral right to place a red light before Israel” was spot-on.
Israel is on its own today the same way that it was on its own when it declared its independence in 1948, when it destroyed the Egyptian air force in 1967, and when it rescued Jewish hostages in Uganda in 1976. In all cases, the Jewish leadership made a tough decision that defied logic but that relied on what Israel’s Declaration of Independence calls “The Rock of Israel.” Making hard decisions and taking calculated risks is what leadership is all about. The coming few months will be decisive. May it be remembered as Netanyahu’s finest hour.

The Window for War Opens Today

Based on the information I received while I was in Israel over the past two weeks, I can tell you that the window for Israel to launch an attack to stop Iran’s nuclear program opens today. I am not saying that war will come for certain in the next thirty days, but taking all factors into account—military, political, weather, and more—it is very likely that the strike will be launched in this period.
Of course, the date could be changed, the political situation could impact the decision to take action, or something else unforeseen could happen. I am certainly praying that Iran can be stopped without war because of the toll that war will take on the Jewish people…but Iran must be stopped because the cost of doing nothing is even higher. Shana Tova—Happy Jewish New Year and Rosh Hashanah

Tomorrow the shofars will sound announcing the beginning of the Jewish New Year. This ancient ceremony has been observed by God’s Chosen People since the days of Moses. Rosh Hashanah in Hebrew means “head of the year.” The sound of the trumpets announces the beginning of the High Holy Days on the Jewish calendar, leading up to the Day of Atonement. Jewish people often eat apples dipped in honey to symbolize their hopes for a sweet new year.
Of course, this year the shofars are also sounding a warning—just as they did in Old Testament days to alert the people of God to danger and call them to battle. Countdown to Armageddon
Dear _______,
A nuclear-armed Iran would undermine US interests and power, but it would not constitute an unbearable threat to the United States. The Iranian bomb constitutes an existential threat to Israel, not to America. So Israel has good reasons to suspect that the current US Administration is bluffing when it says that all options are on the table to prevent Iran from getting the bomb. The US badly wants out of the Middle East. The war in Iraq is over, and the war in Afghanistan will be over soon. The US does not want to be part of another war.
Many of the US Muslim allies in the region have been overthrown thanks to a US policy of supporting “human rights” groups, many of which are nothing of the sort such as the radical Muslim Brotherhood. We made this same mistake in Iran paving the way for Ayatollah Khomeini to come to power. Israel is now encircled by Muslim fanatics and even worse, a Muslim Hitler whose threats to exterminate the Jewish people are being ignored by the world. Once Iran goes nuclear, a trillion-dollar atomic arms race will begin in the Gulf oil states—with Russia being the contractor. This will bring about Armageddon in a decade for sure...Jesus said, “When you see these things, look up for your redemption draweth nigh!”
I am not discouraged despite all of this. Today I want to challenge you to enlarge your faith and expect God's supernatural provision in your life. Genesis 24:1 says that Abraham was blessed in every way. I love that! What were his blessings?
Abraham was very wealthy in livestock, silver, and gold. He wasn’t rich when God first called him, but he became rich because of the blessing of God upon his life (Genesis 13:2, Deut. 8:1 . Abraham also had great favor. The people said to him, “You are a mighty prince among us.” God can supernaturally elevate you to places of favor and influence. Psalm 75:6 says that promotion comes from God.
Abraham’s son was abundantly blessed. When Abraham died, he left everything to Isaac, but the Bible says that God blessed Isaac in his own right. In one year, he reaped 100-fold on his crops, and he became very wealthy. You can pass the blessings down, but God also has additional blessings for your children. He wants them to increase even more (Genesis 25:5, 26:12–14)!
Abraham even received material blessings that he didn’t have to work for. Psalm 105:44 says, “Abraham fell heir to what others had toiled for.” We’ve got to get ahold of this! The Bible says the wealth of the sinner is passed on to the just (Proverbs 13:22)! God can bless you with things that you don’t even have to work for. Deuteronomy 6:11 says that He will give you houses that you did not build, wells that you did not dig, and vineyards that you did not plant.

I gave him a verse of Scripture that changed the destiny of two nations

Today relations between Israel and America are visibly strained. But this has happened before, and the breach has been repaired. God allowed me to be part of a healing of the relationship that changed the destiny of both America and the Jewish state.
During the Reagan Administration, I gave a verse of Scripture to the senior advisor to the Prime Minister of Israel during a grave crisis. I was hosting Prime Minister Begin, my dear personal friend, at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City. Israeli troops were in Lebanon, and the US government would not stand with him against the PLO. President Ronald Reagan, though a wonderful man, had hardened his heart because of misinformation from the Red Crescent (the Islamic Red Cross), which was working with the PLO.
The verse was Matthew 18:19: “Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.” I asked Reuven Hecht, Begin's senior advisor, “Does the prime minister meet privately today with the president?” He said they would meet together for fifteen minutes. I said, “They must agree together. Tell the prime minister to relate the Scripture I just gave you.”
Reuven said, “If I tell Mr. Begin to speak the words of Jesus, there will be a bigger war in Israel than the Lebanese War.” I responded, “Please tell Mr. Begin what I said, and tell him to agree with the president on the following issues: Mr. President, you and I have both faced death. Mr. President, you and I both believe in God. Mr. President, you and I both believe that God has a great plan for our lives. Drumbeat of war—massive naval armada enters Persian Gulf

In one of the largest naval exercises ever conducted, US and British warships have been joined by forces from more than 20 other nations to conduct a series of drills designed to respond to an Iranian attempt to close the Persian Gulf. Anchored by three US aircraft carriers, the operation is focused on training to clear mines and respond to air and sea attacks.
It is no coincidence that all of this is happening right now. The enemy has been fixated on gaining control of Jerusalem. The Holy City plays a crucial role in God’s prophetic plan for the end times, and it is Satan’s primary target. How busy is your angel today?
Dear _______,
The Bible says that God has assigned angels to watch over us. I want to do everything possible to activate my angel and keep him busy, and I'm sure you do, too. In Jerusalem at the Garden Tomb, I prayed that the angel of the Lord would strengthen, protect and provide for you.
A number of years ago on my birthday, a terrorist attempted to kill me. I am certain that had the angels of the Lord not protected me, he would have succeeded. He had already killed two people—a state trooper and a Jewish pawn shop owner. When I was informed of his arrest, a spirit of fear hit me. When he was finally caught, he had my address and my unlisted phone number on the front seat of his car.
When I went to the Lord in prayer, God spoke to me to confront that spirit. God gave me an assignment to go to what was then the most dangerous place on the planet—Lebanon. I had the opportunity to minister to Palestinians who hated Jews. I brought them food and medicine. I was warned by Israeli intelligence not to go because of a terrorist attack.
I had also taken a trunk full of Gideon Bibles to give to the Marines who were stationed in Beirut. The next morning, I heard the explosion as a Hezbollah terrorist blew up the Marine barracks and killed more than 240 of them. I was driving a rented car with Israeli license plates in the middle of a war zone. In trying to get out of the country and back to Israel, I got lost. I ended up turned around and headed toward Damascus.
We ran out of gas, and the two other members of my team said, “We're dead!”
I said, “No we're not—you're still talking.” A young Arab who looked to be around 18 or 19 stuck his head in the window of the car. My first thought was, “He's going to shoot us.” He smiled and held up a can of gasoline. After he put it in the car, he pointed at the door lock. I unlocked the door, and he got in.
For thirty-two minutes, he never said a single word. He pointed to where we needed to go. Just as we arrived at the border, he put his hand up. We stopped the car, and he got out. The colonel at the border checkpoint told me he had informed the Prime Minister's office that my team and I had been killed in Lebanon. They thought there was no way I could survive. He said, “How did you make it?” I started to point toward our guide, but he was gone. I believe it was an angel of the Lord who delivered us from death that day. We need our angels to be active because we are part of a crucial and mighty battle.

What if the fanatics who are storming American embassies today have nuclear weapons tomorrow?

It was more than thirty years ago that I first met Benjamin Netanyahu. On the day we met, I anointed him with oil and prophesied that he would twice be Prime Minister of Israel, and that the second time would be during Israel’s greatest crisis. Benjamin wasn’t involved in politics at all then. I went to Menachem Begin (who was the Prime Minister) the next day and asked him to find a place for Benjamin in his government, and he did. That day Benzion Netanyahu, Benjamin’s father, called me “a moron” in Hebrew, not knowing that I understood the language. He didn’t know that God was working to prepare his son to be the man who would lead the nation of Israel in its moment of greatest crisis and danger.
In an interview this week, my dear old friend Prime Minister Netanyahu drew a direct connection between the uprising and attacks on American interests in the Middle East and Iran’s nuclear program. He said, “You see these fanatics storming your embassies, and I want to send my condolences to the American people for the loss of that extraordinary ambassador and his extraordinary colleagues. We sympathize as no other people does with the United States.
“And yet, you know that as we face the possibility of a regime that is guided by the same fanaticism would have nuclear weapons, it's become something urgent for all of us to make sure they don't get there, and if you want to make sure that they don't get there. And if you want to make sure that they don't get there, make sure that they know that there is a line they shouldn't cross. God’s gift of faith for you

I am stepping out by faith and heading to New York City in three days to stand up for Israel at the United Nations. I will confront Israel's greatest enemies—the leaders of Iran—face-to-face. Please pray for me.
Hebrews 11:1 says, “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” As I read this verse today, I felt the Lord wanted me to encourage you to ask Him today for the gift of faith. God gave me this prominent gift in which Jesus operated, and He wants to give it to you as well! The word “substance” in the Greek means “set or placed under” something. “Hoped for” means a “joyful expectation,” and “evidence” means “solid, compelling proof.” The Greek word that defines faith means “divine persuasion.”
Faith is willingness to attempt the impossible because it is persuaded that God will do what He has promised. As you know, we are in the process of purchasing a new, five-story building that is within walking distance of the Temple Mount and have been given one year, interest-free, to pay off the note. This is impossible in the natural...unless God bestows the gift of faith.
Many would call me a fool and laughingly mock me for attempting something like this, but I can tell you the angels are rejoicing because faith is in operation. The most important thing God looks for in my life and yours is faith. Operate in faith, and step out in faith today. This is the gift that turns God's head and moves His hand. I can almost see God smiling as He says, “That's My boy! That's My girl! They are walking in faith!”

My heart is breaking over this sad news

I leave for New York City in 48 hours to confront Iran and defend Israel. All of the terror attacks from Gaza and Lebanon are funded and fueled by Iran's long arm. Many of the American soldiers who were killed or wounded in Iraq and Afghanistan suffered because of Iran. Iran has killed far more Americans than al Qaeda. Iran is behind the murder of thousands of Syrians in the civil war. I was in Israel for the last Gaza war, and I saw firsthand the evil that Iran is up to.
Terrorist attacks from Gaza destroyed two homes in Netivot last week and sent seven people to the hospital. These stories are so common that they don’t even get mentioned by our liberal media, but we must never forget the heartbreaking reality of daily life for the poor of southern Israel. Most of these people are Russian refugees who came to Israel with no more than what they could carry in a single suitcase.
They live near Gaza because they cannot afford to live anywhere else. The threat of death raining down from the sky at any moment is part of their daily lives. The spokesman for the Netivot city council told reporters these attacks have “become part of the atmosphere of the city.” The number and frequency of these attacks is increasing because Iran is trying to ramp up the pressure on Israel to prevent a strike against its nuclear weapons program. The hope in Iran is that they can force Israel to focus on defending the Jewish people rather than on stopping the centrifuges from spinning to produce enriched uranium for atomic bombs.
I have been to these small Israeli towns and villages along the Gaza border many times. I have comforted the families of those killed and injured in terrorist attacks. I know the leaders and mayors and have given them the message of your love and support. My heart breaks over their struggles—and I am asking you today to stand with me as I stand for them.

I leave tomorrow for New York City to stand for Israel in the presence of her enemies. The world community that is gathering for the United Nations General Assembly next week is largely indifferent or hostile to the future of the Jewish state. The very fact that they have scheduled Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the world’s foremost supporter of terror and a Jew-hater, to speak on the Jewish holy day of Yom Kippur tells you everything you need to know about the people I will be meeting.
As I prepare to make this trip, I wanted to share with you some of my notes from my trip in 2010 when I personally confronted Ahmadinejad and arranged the Fox News interview to reveal his radical beliefs to the world.
As I sat in one of the six cream-colored contemporary chairs, my attention was drawn to a charming man with a full head of white hair. I happened to know he lived a stone’s throw from Washington, D.C. Everyone seemed to know him, and I watched as both mullahs and diplomats warmly embraced him.
Eventually he walked over to greet me. By the way he addressed me, one would have thought we were former college roommates. He said with a huge grin, “I am Mohammad, an American like you.” Everyone seemed to know Mohammad; mullahs and diplomats embraced him warmly. He smiled and asked, “You’re having a hard time with names, aren’t you?”
I nodded. “Yes. It seems like all Iranian diplomats are named Mohammad.” He laughed loudly. “We are; we’re all Mohammad.” I was curious. “But who is the boss? I’m having a hard time understanding the chain of command.” He chuckled and waved his hands. “They are all the boss, or at least they think so.” He spoke more softly and pointed to a man across the room, “But that Mohammad is the one you want to talk to.”
The cast of strange characters in the hotel was surreal. There were mullahs, Iranian spies, representatives of terrorist-harboring (or supporting) regimes, such as Sudan, Syria, and even some Europeans. A few Holocaust-denying rabbis with their hands out were in attendance. They were trying to cash in on Iran’s notoriety. The most infamous guest, of course, was Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. The U.S. government had provided almost as much security for him as for the president of the United States. Ahmadinejad had just delivered another ire-raising speech at the U.N., accusing the United States of blowing up the World Trade Towers to support Zionism.

In just a few hours I fly to New York
Dear _______,
I am asking you to pray with me right now as never before. In just a few hours, I will board a plane for New York City. The leaders of the world are gathering there, and I have no doubt that the future of Israel is hanging in the balance. There will be few friends of Israel among this group, but I will be there as your ambassador to stand with and for the Jewish state against all enemies.
Today I was reviewing some of my notes from my trip two years ago and my face-to-face meeting with Iran’s President Ahmadinejad. I wanted to share some of these brief glimpses with you to encourage you to join me in urgent intercession. I am going into a spiritual battle, and I want to know that you are standing with me.
I was told that in less than two hours, I would meet with the Iranian president in a private room. He had agreed to a half-hour exclusive interview with the Fox Network. Little did I know that this tiny man with the obsessive smile would bring three mullahs to the meeting to pray for him. When he sat down for the interview, his eyes lit up in response to one of the questions I had written for the host.
“Is the Mahdi coming soon? According to your theology, an apocalypse will usher him in.” Ahmadinejad nodded. “Yes, the Mahdi is coming very, very soon—much sooner than you think.” During the next twenty minutes, past hateful, anti-Semitic words spoken by Ahmadinejad kept spinning through my mind like bright lasers:
• The Jews are “filthy germs and savage beasts . . . A stinking corpse and rotten, dried tree . . . A cancerous bacterium stuck in a cesspool created by itself and its supporters.”
• “Zionists are the true manifestation of Satan . . . They kill women and children, young and old . . . Behind closed doors they make plans to advance their evil goals . . . They want to dominate the world.”
• There is only one solution to the Middle East problems, namely the annihilation and destruction of the Jewish State.”
• Israel should be “wiped off the map.”
Iran will soon be a Shia nuclear state, and the center of gravity for world terrorism. It could put nuclear arms into the hands of rogue regimes such as Hezbollah, Hamas, and al-Qaeda. This would precipitate a trillion-dollar nuclear arms race among the Sunni countries that reside along the two hundred-mile borders of the Persian Gulf.

God told me to tell you to believe Him today
Dear _______,
I have come to New York by faith to confront Iran's leaders. It is still possible for a season of war to be turned into a season of peace even though it is the midnight hour. I am the only Christian Zionist who has direct access to these leaders. Please pray hard. Pray specifically for protection, wisdom, favor and a Daniel anointing on my life.
God told me to tell you to believe Him today. Jesus promises that when we have faith, nothing is impossible. You are familiar with the promise about casting a mountain into the sea. Let me share this wonderful passage with you from the Living Bible which reads, “If you only have faith in God, this is the absolute truth, you can say to this Mount of Olives, rise up and fall into the Mediterranean, and your command will be obeyed. All that's required is that you really believe and have no doubt. Listen to me, you can pray for anything, and if you believe, you can have it. It's yours!” (Matthew 21:21)
Believe God today. Let me share one example with you to encourage your faith. I asked the mayor of Jerusalem to come to Dallas for a Jerusalem Prayer Team event. He came and brought an Israeli delegation. The two attorneys who accompanied him had tears streaming down their faces as Christians humbled themselves and repented for the terrible sins that professing Christians had perpetrated against the Jews during the Holocaust. It was an amazing move of God's Spirit. The mayor said he had never been in a meeting like that in his life.
It was impossible financially for me to hold that meeting, but I stepped out in faith. A great attack came against me as I attempted to do something great for God. I finally turned to my associate and said, “I know we're in a big storm right now, and the plane is shaking, and you can't see the runway, but it's there, and we're going to have a safe landing.”
As I was driving to the event to speak, where I knew there were more than two dozen press representatives and thousands of people in attendance, my front tooth fell out into my hand! I turned to my best friend, Pastor Mike Atkins, smiled with a big gap between my teeth and began to sing, “When your tooth falls out and you don't know what to do, go to Eckerd's and buy some Super Glue.”
We took the very next exit, and as we did, there sat an Eckerd's pharmacy on the corner. We ran inside, grabbed a bottle of Super Glue, ran to the men's room, where I put the glue on the tooth, and held it under the hand dryer. We then took the bottle to the register and paid for it. I can tell you this: anything you attempt for God will bring opposition; but greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world (I John 4:4). You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you (Philippians 4:13)! Will you believe and act with me for the impossible again today?

This came on the heels of reports that Syria had test fired its chemical and biological weapons delivery systems in recent days…and that even more Iranian troops have entered Syria to try to prop up the failing Assad government.
None of this is happening by chance. It is all part of the plan of the enemy to strike at Israel and try to gain control of Jerusalem. The cries for peace from the West are falling on deaf ears. The radical Islamists do not want peace—they want victory.

An update from New York City
Dear Kathryn,
Greetings from New York City. I have come here because the leaders of the world are gathering, and the fate of Israel hangs in the balance. The greatest enemies of the Jewish state and the Jewish people are operating here with complete impunity. They are welcomed with open arms. If past history is a guide, those who condemn Israel, like Iran’s President Ahmadinejad and Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas, will be cheered and congratulated as they spew their vile rhetoric of hatred and bigotry.
Sadly even those nations that have been friendly toward Israel in the past are not standing firm today. Though America has a long history of friendship and support of the Jewish state, the focus today is more on preventing war now rather than protecting Israel in the future. I saw America’s policy toward Iran described this way by one political observer:
A policy so incoherent, so knowingly and obviously contradictory, is a declaration of weakness and passivity. And this…can increase the chance of war. It creates…“the same conditions that helped trigger World War II—years of negotiations and threats, where the threats failed to be taken seriously until war became all too real.” This has precipitated the current US-Israeli crisis, sharpened by the president’s rebuff of the Israeli prime minister’s request for a meeting during his upcoming US visit.
In truth Israel is isolated—but they are not alone! I am here as your ambassador to tell the Jewish people that their Christian friends will never forsake them. They need to hear that message so badly right now, and together we will deliver it loud and clear.

By My Spirit says the Lord

I am sitting in the lobby of the hotel next to a dozen Iranian diplomats. There are several spies within a few feet of me. Secret Service agents and other law enforcement personnel are everywhere. My mission is to be light in the midst of great darkness—to defend Israel and proclaim the Gospel. I can see evil in their eyes, but my eyes are on the Lord.
I am here in New York City standing for Israel as your ambassador in the face of a very hostile world. Please pray with me right now about some important meetings over the next two days. I can’t give you the details yet, but there is no doubt we are living in critical days, and I need God’s power right now. “This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the LORD Almighty” (Zechariah 4:6).
The first time I activated the promise of Zechariah 4:6 in my life, I was in Jerusalem. The Holy Spirit prompted me to invite a dozen leaders to Jerusalem and to tell them to come quickly. I was to tell them that what they did would affect the destiny of the nation. I did, and they came. The night before they arrived, I was horrified because I had no comprehension of what would happen; God had not told me. No meetings had been set up. The Enemy kept telling me I was such a fool; I would be mocked by these men when they arrived.
One of them was a distinguished general who had flown on an Apollo mission. The others were significant leaders as well. When I finally drifted off to sleep, I had a dream: I was standing before the group of men and said, “I know you want to know why I've invited you here. The reason is Zerubbabel 4:6.” When I said that, I grabbed my Bible and tried to find the book. You are aware, I'm sure, that there is no such book in the Bible. I was totally humiliated.
I awoke suddenly, grabbed my Bible and quickly turned to Zechariah 4:6, and there it was—the story of Zerubbabel: “Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit says the Lord Almighty.” The Lord whispered to me: “You shall succeed because of My Spirit though you are few and weak.” Little did I know that a war would soon break out in Israel. Our assignment was to comfort the leaders and to deliver God's Word to them before that war. Within hours, the nation opened for us.
Our first meeting was with Prime Minister Menachem Begin; the second was with his top general—Ariel Sharon. We prayed over both men, then ministered to general after general. I will never forget the words of General Charles Duke, the astronaut. He looked at an Israeli general and began to weep as he said, “Please forgive me, please forgive me.” The Israeli general asked, “For what?” Charles replied, “For being an anti-Semite. As I was flying to the moon, I looked back at earth and realized how tiny it was and how majestic were the heavens. I came to a faith in the Living God. At that moment, I realized I was a sinner and needed a Savior. I repented of my evil. Now I want to ask for forgiveness personally.” The Israeli general began to weep. Charles’ plea for forgiveness had touched his heart.
I want to encourage you today to speak to your mountain—whether physical, financial, spiritual, whether representative of your children or grandchildren—no matter how big it looks. Speak to it in the name of Jesus and tell it to be cast into the sea! And then I ask that you help me move a mountain, too.

Today I have seen more demonic activity than ever before. By now, I thought I had seen it all. For four years, I’ve stood up to these Iranians, even meeting face-to-face with President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. This is an entirely different situation.
Never before have I seen so much evil or so many demon-possessed people in one place as I’ve seen in this hotel this week. The hatred in their eyes and spewing from their mouths directed at me is unspeakable. They know who I am. The only other time that I’ve felt such spite and hatred was in Cambodia years ago when the Khmer Rouge attempted to dynamite the stadium where I was preaching. They also showed up at the hotel with AK-47’s. I was separated from our team and placed in room 421 that night in an attempt to protect the rest of my team who were on a higher floor.
No, I am not fearful for my life. I can, however, tell you that I have a sense of what Jesus must have felt in the Garden of Gethsemane. There is no doubt in my mind that the demonic spirits inside these Iranians have united for one single purpose. I spent a long time in prayer last night, binding these principalities and powers of wickedness. Shortly before 2:05 a.m., the Spirit of God gave me amazing comfort. There is no doubt that our Lord was strengthening me. I could feel the power of your prayers. Thank you so very much.

Yom Kippur begins at sundown tonight

Please pray urgently—I just met the foreign minister of Iran, Ali Akbar Salehi (he was previously head of their Atomic Energy Agency), who arranged my last meeting with the president of Iran.
I am here in New York City as your ambassador to stand with Israel and oppose her enemies. Please be in special prayer for me today; so much is happening, and I am as David said in the 23rd Psalm “in the presence of my enemies.” God is good, and I fear no evil.
I read again today a wonderful promise regarding our support of Israel and the Jewish people, and I just had to share it with you. Acts 10 tells the story of the first Gentile convert to Christianity—a Roman centurion named Cornelius. Even though he was not a believer yet, Cornelius was a devout man who was kind and generous to those in need, even in the conquered land where he was stationed to maintain order. As Cornelius was praying, he was visited by an angel of the Lord.
Cornelius stared at him in fear. “What is it, Lord?” he asked. The angel answered, “Your prayers and gifts to the poor have come up as a memorial offering before God” (Acts 10:4).
Oh how my heart rejoiced as I read those words! Our prayers and our gifts to the poor of the house of Israel are seen and recognized by Almighty God. They are a memorial brought before His throne. And just as Cornelius found, when we are generous to those in need, God will see and be moved to action. You and I have a wonderful opportunity to see God's power put into motion in our lives right now as we support Israel and the Jewish people during the great crisis they are facing.

In the lobby of my hotel in New York City, today I looked into the faces of 21st century Hitlers. I am surrounded by members of the Iranian delegation to the United Nations. These delusional demon-possessed diplomats are boasting of their prowess here just a stone’s-throw away from the site of the 9/11 attacks. As I see their radical commitment to evil, I understand how millions of my people—including one million Jewish children—were slaughtered in the Holocaust.

Due to the Yom Kippur holiday, the Israeli delegation was not present at the United Nations today when Iran’s President Ahmadinejad spewed out his hatred toward the Jewish people. I have been the only minister of the Gospel inside the security perimeter

I have spent this week at the Warwick Hotel here in New York City, one floor up from the demonic leader of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. A mighty spiritual battle has been going on this week. The news reports you have been hearing have completely missed the real story of what is going on. Ahmadinejad has repeated his slanderous description of Israel as a “cancerous tumor” that “must be eliminated.” This is the fourth year that I have been in New York City while he was here. In his speech at the UN, Ahmadinejad talked about the coming of a “new world order”—to be ushered in by the Mahdi. This is the Muslim version of the Christian doctrine of the Second Coming. They believe this leader will return and place the entire world under Islamic rule. Ahmadinejad said the revolt of the so-called “Arab spring” will sweep Asia, Europe, and America. Remember that he is targeting the Muslim world in his remarks. His aides confirmed that to me personally two years ago.
This is nothing less than a call for a new caliphate—an Islamic wave that will sweep to power over all the world. Ahmadinejad is urging worldwide revolution to usher in the return of what they believe is the descendant of Mohammed to rule the earth. He may be demon-possessed and delusional—and he is—but he and his nation are deadly serious about this, and we must stand against them.

Blood on the hands of Iran

You will not hear this from the liberal media, but I am going to tell you the absolute truth. Iran is responsible for the deaths of more Americans than al-Qaeda—far more. Every time you hear about an American soldier killed by an explosive device, it was because of an Iranian IED (improvised explosive device) that they provided to the insurgents fighting against our troops. Iran has the know-how to mass produce these deadly weapons, and they are sending them into Afghanistan just as they did into Iraq while our troops were still there.

Many of the worst atrocities that have been reported in the news are the work of these fanatical revolutionary soldiers…and remember that being in Syria places them on Israel’s border. In fact, this week a rocket attack on Israel from Syria was launched for the first time in recent memory.
The hatred of this bloodthirsty, demonic regime is most focused on Israel. Iran’s President Ahmadinejad called again this week for Israel to be “eliminated.” Because of his radical religious beliefs, Ahmadinejad is perfectly willing to see hundreds of thousands of his own countrymen killed to bring about the war that will create Islamic rule over the entire world.

An Iranian shopping spree—and what it means

They are stocking up! In past years, I have seen the wives of the members of the Iranian delegation come into the hotel with bags from New York’s leading stores—Macys, Saks, Nordstrom. This year it is very different. Almost none of the people brought their wives with them, but there has still been a lot of shopping going on.
I have watched these diplomats and other government officials come back to the hotel with boxes and boxes of supplies from drug stores and hardware stores. They are buying basic supplies—shampoo, toothpaste, pain relievers—and there is no doubt in my mind that they are preparing for the war they expect to begin very soon. For all of Iran’s bluster about not being concerned with an Israeli attack on their nuclear program, they know that they could be facing a massive military strike very soon.
I am sharing this news with you from my trip to New York City because I know the liberal media will not tell you things like this. This is serious business and we are getting closer and closer to the outbreak of war.

PM Netanyahu’s call for “red lines”

In his speech to the United Nations on Thursday, my friend of more than thirty years, Prime Minister Netanyahu told the world that the only way to get Iran to stop their nuclear program without war was to draw clear “red lines.” The world fears drawing clear lines will lead to war, but as he carefully pointed out in his speech, clear lines actually prevent war. I have been praying for a miracle of divine intervention so that Iran can be stopped without war because I know the cost war will take on the Jewish people.
But the cost of a nuclear-armed Iran is even worse. As Mr. Netanyahu said, “Given this record of Iranian aggression without nuclear weapons, just imagine an Iran with nuclear weapons. Who among you would feel safe in the Middle East? Who'd be safe in Europe? Who'd be safe in America? Who'd be safe anywhere?”
He also made one more statement that reminded me so much of his predecessor who was also my dear friend, Menachem Begin. The Prime Minister said, “3,000 years ago, King David ruled over the Jewish state in our eternal capital, Jerusalem.” He was responding to the ludicrous claims of Iran’s President Ahmadinejad that Israel had no roots in the land and had only existed for a few decades. Jerusalem is the capital of Israel, and we must stand in defense of the Holy City today.

The Power of Prayer is Working
Dear _______,
During my recent trip to Israel, I met with over 41 leaders in the nation. Afterwards, I flew to New York to defend Israel at the UN and confronted the Iranian leaders that were raging against the State of Israel.
Israel’s leaders were fully prepared to courageously attack Iran’s nuclear reactors. Some of the top leaders in the Jewish state told me that the attack was already scheduled between September 15th and October 15th. In the midst of this, the amazing has occurred: Iranian people are rising up, and the economy of Iran is on the verge of collapse due to international sanctions. Because of these events, Israel will not attack before the end of the year.
From my perspective, this has been a direct result of the power of prayer. An attack before the US elections would have resulted in Israel being blamed, and would have placed the nation squarely in the crosshairs of every legislator in the party that loses the election. It would also have created a global economic crisis because of oil flowing through the Persian Gulf. Liability would have fallen on Israel.
The key to understanding Israel’s actions can be found in II Samuel 11:1: “In the spring of the year, the time when kings go out to battle, David sent Joab, and his servants with him, and all Israel.”
If Iran experiences a “Persian Spring” much like the Arab Spring, and Admadinejad’s regime is overthrown, Israel will not attack. When Prime Minister Netanyahu spoke courageously at the UN concerning the “red line,” his team was negotiating with Great Britain, France, Germany, and the US, asking for new sanctions against Iran. The top European leaders agreed and will make proposals in the areas of finance, trade, energy, and transportation in Brussels on October 15th. I’ve been told by the highest level of officials in the Israeli government that Iran’s loss of income is between $40 and $50 billion.
The last time this occurred, the Shah of Iran was overthrown. That was confirmed when I interviewed all the top leaders of the country, including Empress Farah Pahlavi and Ambassador to the US, Ardeshir Zahedi. The Iranian rial has lost 80 percent of its value in twelve months. The bazaars in the nation are going on strike, and the people are demonstrating. I can tell you firsthand that not all the top Iranian leaders were given visas to enter the US in September. I am referring particularly to the mullahs who run the country. In addition, Iranian spies who have been meeting in the hotels for the past four years were not in attendance this year. I believe many have been arrested.
Perhaps one of the most telling examples are the Iranian women. In past years, they have gone to the top stores in New York City to shop. That did not happen this year. Instead, the men would return from pharmacies and hardware stores with purchases including boxes of over-the-counter drugs.
Keep praying! Daniel experienced deliverance through the power of prayer. In a night vision in Daniel 2:21-22, he recorded: “And He changes the times and the seasons; He removes kings and raises up kings; He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding. He reveals deep and secret things; He knows what is in the darkness, and light dwells with Him.”
God can change a season of war into a season of peace. I am fasting one meal per day as I pray for God to work mightily in the situation in the Middle East. I encourage you to step out in faith and to pray and fast with me during this critical time.

The October Surprise

Two questions on the minds of leaders in the United States and the world are: Will there be an October surprise? Will Israel attack Iran before the presidential election?
The answer can be found in the ancient Jewish scriptures in II Samuel 11:1, “In the spring of the year, the kings go out to battle.” Simply said, Israel will not attack until the spring. The new wars of the twenty-first century, unlike the wars of the twentieth century, are first waged as economic wars.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s red-line speech at the United Nations was designed to push the Europeans, and especially Britain, France, and Germany to call for new sanctions against Iran at a meeting in Brussels on October 15th. These would cover four areas: finance, trade, energy, and transportation. According to Israel’s finance minister, Yuval Steinitz, Iran’s economy is on the verge of collapse due to international sanctions. “The loss of Iran’s oil income will approach $40 to $50 billion by year’s end,” said Steinitz.
Iran’s currency slumped to an historic low of about 28,400 rials per dollar, a fall of approximately 57 percent since June 2011, and 80 percent since the end of December that same year. Not since the events that preceded the departure of the Shah of Iran has the country faced such economic turmoil. I asked Empress Farah Pahlavi and Iran’s last US ambassador, Ardeshir Zahedi, to explain the key reason for the Shah’s overthrow. Both told me unequivocally, “Economics.”
The vast majority of youth in Iran want regime change. However, the Holy Grail of understanding is the willingness of the US to fan the flames of the Arab spring. On Wednesday, October 3, 2012, police allegedly lobbed tear gas canisters into the midst of demonstrators in Tehran, among them currency exchange dealers. The demonstration was the initial sign of conflict over the falling rial. Sanctions by the West over Iran’s nuclear program are blamed for the discord.
Prime Minister Netanyahu has no desire to wake up the morning after the US presidential election and bear the blame of interfering with the race, launching an attack on Iran, and destabilizing the globe. This is especially true if President Obama has been reelected. Netanyahu knows that if he plays that card, Israel would be on the top of the budget cuts list, which could well lead to less assistance for Israel’s “Iron Dome” and other military expenditures slashed.
Secondly, the prime minister knows that with a 200-mile Persian Gulf coastline, the Sunni states in the region are much more worried about an atomic Shia state than is Israel. This would give a non-Arab state a nuclear umbrella which would increase destabilization and terrorism tenfold. He also knows that the Pentagon is deeply concerned about a trillion-dollar nuclear arms race among the Gulf oil states the moment Iran goes atomic. This is even more critical now that the center of gravity for most global terrorism is Iran. The country is directly responsible for the deaths of more than 85 percent of US troops blown up by Iranian IEDs (improvised explosive devices) in both Iraq and Afghanistan.
For four years, I’ve met yearly during the UN General Assembly meetings with Iranian cabinet ministers at their hotel in New York City. These have included Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi and President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. The most notable observation during my last stay at the Warwick Hotel was that none of the wives of the diplomats were shopping at local high-end department stores. Rather, they were stockpiling Advil and other medications from US pharmacies. This was also the first year that I did not observe the mullahs in the diplomatic corps.
There is no doubt in my mind that the US government would not allow them travel documents to come into the country. I also noticed that there were no spies at the hotel as there had been in years past. Perhaps they have either quietly been arrested or frightened away.
The most likely scenario is that sanctions will not bring about regime change and that Israel will ultimately attack as it did during the Osiris raid in Iraq. When President Ronald Reagan was informed by James Baker of the attack during a meeting at Camp David, he said, “Oh well, boys will be boys.” The next president, be it Barack Obama or Mitt Romney, will act shocked and unhappy that Israel attacked Iran in an attempt at plausible deniability, but will authorize a retaliatory strike against all of Iran’s hard targets—missile launchers, radar outposts, etc. to “defend US national security interests in the Persian Gulf in protection of US bases and allies in the region.”

We are in danger of moving from the place of blessing to the place of cursing

The awful historical record shows that Jews have been the targets of fierce discrimination and even persecution in “Christian lands” over the centuries. The Vatican-inspired Crusaders deliberately murdered Jewish people during the Middle Ages. The Roman Catholic Inquisitions were directed against the Jews in Spain and elsewhere, leaving many dead or in prison. The pogroms of Russia and Eastern Europe forced Jews from their homes and left untold numbers dead.
As evil as these anti-Semitic assaults were, they all pale in comparison to the Holocaust of World War II. Some six million Jews perished in “Christian” Europe, at least one million of them children. They were the victims of a cruel regime that had sprung up in the very land where Martin Luther sparked the Protestant Reformation. A full one-third of the entire Jewish race was wiped off the face of God’s green earth by Hitler’s Nazi forces. The utter horror of the hideous Holocaust, as revealed by the testimonies of death-camp survivors, cannot be overstressed.
Too late, many Germans recognized the blessings that the Jewish people brought to their society before Hitler’s tragic rise to power. Jewish composers, scientists, doctors, teachers, writers, and others contributed their significant talents and intelligence to the land of Luther and were repaid with Hitler’s death chambers. American Christians should be the first to welcome the many contributions and blessings brought to this great land by our Jewish citizens.
During one of my first trips to Israel nearly three decades ago, I spent an afternoon with a brilliant Jewish scholar. He was researching and writing a book on the Spanish Inquisition. We talked for hours about his findings. Have you ever wondered why Columbus sailed in search of a new land in 1492? Queen Isabella and King Ferdinand had issued an edict of ejection regarding the Jews. It stated that every person of Jewish descent had to leave Spain or be executed. Jewish businessmen went to Christopher Columbus, an Italian Jew, and pledged to finance his efforts to discover a new land. They purchased the ships that carried Columbus across the ocean to the shores of what would become America.
In 1776, when the 13 Colonies were fighting the British during the American Revolution, the colonial soldiers were poorly armed, starving to death, and on the verge of defeat. A Jewish banker from Philadelphia, Hyman Solomon, went to the Jews in America and Europe and gathered a gift of one million dollars. He gave the money to George Washington to buy clothes and arms to outfit the American troops. Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness were born on American soil as a result of that gift.
To show his appreciation, George Washington had the engravers of the U.S. one-dollar bill include a memorial to the Jewish people over the head of the American eagle. Look closely. You will find 13 stars of the Mogen David, the Star of Israel. Around that star is the cloudburst of the glory in the tabernacle. Our God-fearing President, George Washington, decreed that there must be a memorial to the Jewish people for the contributions they made to further this nation.

“We need just 24 hours” to destroy Israel, Iranian leader says

Highlighting his country’s hatred and destructive plans toward Israel, Hojjat al-Eslam Ali Shirazi, of the radical Quds (Jerusalem) Force of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, claimed that Iran needed “just 24 hours” to destroy Israel. The Quds Force is designed to operate outside the borders of Iran, and hundreds of their soldiers are in Syria trying to help prop up the brutal Assad regime in that bloody civil war.
The very fact that Iran has an elite military unit named for Jerusalem shows that their words are not empty threats. They want to destroy the Jewish state and reclaim control of the Holy City for Islam. This is not a political battle. Israel and Iran do not share a border, nor do they contest vital resources. In fact, until the revolution in 1979, the two countries were quite friendly. This is a spiritual battle—a conflict between the forces of light and the forces of darkness—and you and I have a vital role to play in this battle.

Hezbollah flies Iranian-built drone over Israel

There was a critically important event last week that received little attention from the liberal media. Hezbollah successfully launched an Iranian-built drone over Israeli airspace, where it was able to operate for “some time,” according to one Israeli official, before being shot down. Sources in the Israeli air force indicate the drone’s target appears to have been the Israeli nuclear facility at Dimona, and the drone was close to that site when it was shot down.
This represents an entirely new level of threat in the ongoing terrorist attacks against the Jewish people and the Jewish state. The drone apparently crossed Israel’s Mediterranean coast and flew more than thirty miles inland before being detected and destroyed. Based on what I have been told, this drone was an unarmed surveillance drone, but such unmanned vehicles can be easily equipped with rockets and missiles, which could be used to rain down death on Israeli civilians.
This is just one more example of Iran’s willingness to support and finance terrorist operations. Iran is responsible for the deaths of far more Americans than Al Qaeda is through the IEDs (improvised explosive devices) they provided for attacks on our troops in Iraq and still in Afghanistan. This is just one more reminder of the grave dangers Israel faces and the urgent need of the Jewish people for our help and support.

How Dare They???
Dear _______,
How dare they??? How can a group of people who claim to be Christians act like this? Recently the leaders of fifteen religious groups and church organizations sent a letter to Congress demanding that military aid to Israel be scrutinized because of what they called Israel’s mistreatment of the Palestinians. They said they were acting as Christians in opposing Israel and trying to get the United States to stop supporting the Jewish state.
That is outrageous! In the first place, the security measures Israel has put into place are there for a reason; before the security fence and checkpoints were established, there were dozens of suicide bombing attacks inside Israel. Israel gave up the land of Gaza five years ago in exchange for promises of peace that have proven to be empty. Today Gaza is simply a rocket-launching base for terrorists.
It is even more outrageous to make these claims and attribute them to Christianity. There is nothing in Christian teaching or doctrine that tells us to oppose the Jewish people; it is exactly the opposite! Every individual and every nation that blesses Israel will be blessed. Every nation and individual that curses Israel will be cursed. These religious leaders are placing themselves (and trying to place our nation) under the curse of Almighty God!
But there is something even worse. The horrible atrocities of history—the Inquisition, the pogroms, the Holocaust—have been carried out by people who claimed to be Christians. Because of this painful history, many of the Jewish people believe that Christians hate them. Actions like this simply reinforce that false lesson. Christianity does not teach hatred of the Jewish people but love for them.
I am asking you today to join me in standing for Israel and telling the world, and especially God’s Chosen People, that we love them and support them. They are cheering and I am weeping

It didn’t get much attention in the liberal media, but while Iran’s President Ahmadinejad was in New York City last month, he addressed a group of more than 150 top students and leaders from some of America’s elite schools, including Harvard, Rutgers, Penn State and Columbia. According to the report of one student who attended, the crowd gave this Holocaust-denying, Jew-hating, terrorist-supporting religious fanatic a standing ovation and cheered his remarks!
It is a tragedy for this man who has so much Jewish and American blood on his hands to be given entrance to our nation, let alone be granted an audience to spew his hatred to America’s future leaders. My heart is breaking as I write this because I have been in Israel as your ambassador and seen firsthand the damage this demon-possessed hater of the Jewish people has done.
You and I must stand up right now for Israel. Most of the world, including sadly much of the leadership of our own nation, has made the political calculation that supporting Israel is not in their best interest. But they are leaving out the most important factor in their decisions—the promise of Almighty God to Abraham that He would both bless those who bless the Jewish people and curse those who curse them. This is our moment to ensure the blessings of God on our families and our countries by standing with and for Israel in this prophetic moment.

I was the only minister of the Gospel inside the security perimeter with Iran’s delegation to the United Nations last month. I purposely spent a great deal of time in the lobby of the Warwick Hotel where I stayed one floor above the Iranian delegation. I sat in the closest chair by the door, right next to the Secret Service agents who were stationed there.

Many of them glared at me with their demon-possessed eyes and some muttered, “We know who you are!”

Another surge in attacks on Israel

This week has seen a huge increase in rocket and mortar attacks on Israel from Gaza. Day after day, Israeli families have scrambled to get their children and themselves into safe shelter in the fifteen seconds warning time they have when these attacks are launched. What a tragedy! And yet the world continues to blame Israel for the lack of peace.
Israel gave up Gaza more than five years ago in exchange for promises of peace—but there has been no peace. The Palestinian terrorists have used their control of the region to launch thousands of attacks against Jewish civilians. I have visited these small cities and towns in southern Israel many times. I have prayed with and wept with families struggling to understand the hatred that drives the attacks against them.
Though the world may ignore this ongoing tragedy, we must not. There is a battle for Israel’s survival taking place, and you and I have a role to play in the defense of the Jewish state and the Jewish people. Just as men and women of faith have risen up throughout history—from Esther and Daniel to Oskar Schindler and Corrie ten Boom—we must take our stand right now in defense of Israel.

Hundreds of Iranian Christians thrown into jail

I have received a disturbing report from Iran that hundreds—perhaps as many as 400—Believers have been arrested and thrown into jail in recent days. One local pastor said that “Protestant Christians are now viewed as enemy number-one of the state.” The crackdown appears to have been carefully planned in advance, simultaneously hitting church services in at least three different cities in Iran. I have led many Iranians to Christ and prayed with many others over the years. They really love the Lord, and many have suffered greatly for their faith. Today they are in even greater danger. Please join me in praying for them right now.
Iran is not just the enemy of political entities like Israel and the United States. The radical vision of Islam requires that Christianity and all other competing religions be restricted and eventually replaced. There is no doubt that, although much of the world is continuing to ignore the threat, Iran has embarked on a serious plan to bring about its leaders’ apocalyptic vision of the end of the world.

Israel and the next four years

The votes have been counted, the victory speech delivered, and a concession gracefully extended. Barack Hussein Obama, the forty-fourth president of the United States has been re-elected for a second term. There is little to indicate that he will reverse his stance toward Israel, the United States’ staunchest ally in the Middle East.
Throughout his first four years in office, President Obama steadily distanced himself from the Jewish state and made no visits as the leader of the Western World. Shortly after taking office on January 20, 2009, Obama made every effort to visit Muslim countries, including two trips to Indonesia and Afghanistan and one each to Turkey, Iraq, Saudi Arabia (where he was caught on camera bowing to King Abdullah), and to Egypt. It was there that he delivered a speech designed to “seek a new beginning between the United States and Muslims around the world.” The president has yet to set foot in Israel since taking office.
Less than six months after assuming office, Obama flew to Cairo to deliver a major speech designed to impress the Muslim world. During the speech he said, “Anti-Semitism in Europe culminated in an unprecedented Holocaust.” He failed, however, to call attention to the Arab anti-Semitism during World War II and its continuance in today’s Muslim world. Netanyahu says Israel prepared to go alone

During an interview broadcast on Israeli television this week, my dear friend Prime Minister Netanyahu made a point of highlighting Israel’s willingness and ability to act alone if it must. In response to the continued “distancing” of America from Israel that is the policy of the Administration, Netanyahu said that Israel can and will take care of itself.
“When David Ben-Gurion declared the foundation of the state of Israel, was it done with American approval?” Mr. Netanyahu asked. “If someone sits here as the prime minister of Israel and he can’t take action on matters that are cardinal to the existence of this country, its future and its security, and he is totally dependent on receiving approval from others, then he is not worthy of leading. I can make these decisions.”
As we continue to pray daily and fervently for the safety and protection of Israel and the Jewish people, we must do so in faith. Notes from a war zone
Dear ______,
I wrote these words while in Israel six years ago during the 2006 war. I am sharing them with you today because of the seriousness of the threats Israel is facing, and I believe they convey a sense of how vital our prayers and support for the Jewish people are today:
I’m in northern Israel, which is under a rocket attack by the Hezbollah terrorists of southern Lebanon on this bright summer day. A few days ago, armed Iranian militants staged a raid into northern Israel, ambushing an Israeli Defense Forces patrol, killing three soldiers and abducting two as hostages for ransom. When Israel sent in an armored column to rescue its soldiers, Hezbollah unleashed a pre-planned missile attack across the entire northern border. At the moment I write this, more than a million Israelis are in bomb shelters, driven there by more than 2,000 missile strikes.
I am looking across a deserted intersection in the normally bustling seaside town of Nahariya, home to one of the soldiers taken hostage. I travelled here to bring comfort to the Goldwasser family. Ehud’s wife showed me her wedding album. They had been married just nine months. My heart broke, and I wept with this brave man’s family. [Ehud Goldwasser was killed by the terrorist kidnappers, and his body would not be returned to his family for more than two years.]
We left Nahariya and rode for some twenty minutes toward the northern front, passing the hulks of two crashed helicopters and glimpsing fires on the distant hills from artillery strikes. We decide the safest place to spend the night is Haifa. This beautiful city was Hezbollah’s prime target, not because of its industry, but because its mixed Jewish and Arab population has made it a symbol of coexistence. Civilians from both groups are among the victims.
As darkness falls, I stand with the earth shaking beneath my feet from the guns pounding and think how ironic it is that the peaceful Galilee of the Scriptures has been brought to the brink of Armageddon.

Fighting spreads across Israel and Gaza
Dear K_______,
There is no question that Israel is at war. The Jerusalem Prayer Team is uniquely positioned to help meet the urgent needs of the Jewish people at this crisis moment. Though the government of Israel has tried to avoid direct ground intervention, it may prove to be necessary to halt the increasing violence against Israeli civilians.
At the heart of the problem is the unwillingness of Hamas and other terrorist groups to accept the right of Israel to exist. The Hamas charter calls for the destruction of Israel. This is not some splinter band of radicals taking action against the will of the majority; this is the Palestinian plan for Israel…for the Jewish people to be killed and Israel destroyed.
We must stand against this great evil. My heart breaks at the suffering the people of Israel are enduring. Children can’t go to school, and parents must either leave them alone at home or miss work. There is just 15 seconds warning of an attack on southern Israel—just fifteen seconds to find shelter before the missiles strike. I will never forget talking to one Israeli mother during the last round of increased attacks who told me she never went out with both of her children because she couldn’t be sure of getting them both into a shelter in time. It’s a tragedy.
Together we can show the Jewish people that they are not alone and abandoned in these difficult days. Together we can give them the help and hope they so desperately need. What is happening in Israel and why it matters

Hamas terrorists are firing Iranian rockets at Tel Aviv and Jerusalem

The weapons of death that the Hamas terrorists in Gaza are launching against the Jewish people in major population centers like Tel Aviv and Jerusalem were given to them by the demonic anti-Semites of Iran. I have personally confronted these leaders and seen the evil power that motivates their hatred of the Jewish people. They have given these awful weapons to Hamas for one reason and one reason only—to be used against Israel.

Hillary Clinton goes to Israel as Hamas rockets aim at Jerusalem

Secretary of State Clinton is in Israel where she is to meet with my dear old friend Prime Minister Netanyahu today. Diplomats from several countries are working on a cease-fire agreement, but they are all ignoring one central truth: If the terrorists stop trying to kill innocent Jewish men, women, and children, the fighting will stop immediately. The liberal media and many of the world’s leaders continue to try to draw a false equivalence between the Israeli government and the terrorists who forced this conflict.

Children in the valley of the shadow of death
Dear _______,
The constant terror attacks from Gaza are taking a huge toll on the people of southern Israel, especially the youngest and most vulnerable. Jewish children are growing up spending day after day in bomb shelters to protect them from those who wish to kill them simply because they are Jewish children. I saw a study this week that more than 75% percent of the children in Sderot exhibit symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder. It’s a tragedy!
I am the father of our 4 and grandfather of 8. I cannot imagine my children or grandchildren living like this…can you? I have been to the homes and schools and hospitals as your ambassador to bring comfort to the suffering. Shortly I will be there again. We MUST NOT be silent. These are God’s children…and our children…and we must help them now. The horrible terrorist bombing of the passenger bus in Tel Aviv today that injured nineteen people is just a further illustration of the bitter hatred of Israel's enemies and their willingness to kill and wound the innocent. As you give thanks tomorrow, please take a moment to remember these dear little ones and pray for the peace of Jerusalem.

I am going to Jerusalem to deliver a Word from the Lord to the nation of Israel

I have been in Israel during every major war for the last forty years, defending and comforting the Jewish people as your ambassador. It’s about Tehran, not Gaza

As Iranian missiles that the mullahs of Tehran have supplied to its proxy Hamas fly over the nation of Israel, another source for concern hovers at the back of the minds of Israel’s leaders: Iran’s nuclear program. According to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) almost 3,000 machines used to produce nuclear fuel have been mounted at the underground military facility near the city of Qom. This move doubles the ability to generate medium grade, or 20 percent enriched, uranium in the months ahead.
We are getting closer and closer to the “red line” that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, my dear friend of more than thirty years, has indicated as the point where Israel’s leaders must take action. In recent days, we have seen the terrible toll Iran’s terrorist proxy Hamas has taken on the Jewish people living in southern Israel.

God gave me this Word for your life today

Is Iran trying to re-arm Hamas?

I ask that you urgently pray for the peace of Jerusalem today. I have received news that a report is being circulated that a freighter from Iran is en route from Bandar Abbas to Gaza with a payload of 220 short-range and 50 long-range Fajar-5 missiles. The improved Fajar-5 projectiles have a greater impact with their 220-kilo warhead than do ones currently employed by Hamas.
The cargo on the freighter would replace the dwindling stockpile of missiles fired into Israel since November 10. To cover its tracks, the ship has changed names and ownership several times since its launch. She departed Bandar Abbas as the Vali-e-Asr under the flag of the Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines. On the South Pacific Island of Tuvalu, her name was changed to the Cargo Star and hosted a Tuvalu flag.
According to sources, four Sudanese cargo ships departed the Port of Sudan recently for an assignation with the Cargo Star. The missiles would then be transferred to the other vessels at sea. It is believed that the ships will either put into port in Sudan or rendezvous with a fleet of Egyptian fishing boats. From there, the arms would be transported to Egypt, and then to Gaza by way of the tunnel system between the two countries. This would greatly increase Hamas’ ability to strike at Israel.
