Anyone tried professional help for Anxiety & Stress Management?

Hey everyone,

I’ve been dealing with a lot of anxiety and stress lately, and it’s starting to take a toll on my daily life. I’ve tried the usual – meditation, journaling, cutting caffeine – but it only helps temporarily. I’m now considering getting some professional support for Anxiety & Stress Management and came across Catalyst Psyche Inc during my search.
