I scheduled an EarthLink installation for my new apartment, took the day off work, and waited. No one showed up, and I received no communication. I tried calling customer service, but was stuck on hold for over an hour. When I finally got through, they said the technician had marked the job as complete. Now I'm left without internet and no clear resolution. Has anyone else experienced this kind of issue with EarthLink? Any advice on how to get this sorted out?
