Hmm, I really wasn't sure about this one, as the only thing they say is "Some people released some albums in 2010. Here are the best ones." That's not a lot of elaboration around their choices...

I looked back on the older lists and then there's no preamble at all, so I'm definitely closer to making the 2010 list ineligible than making the older lists eligible. Yeah, I think they should all be excluded.
