Looks like they are getting into the indie canonical stuff now. I wonder if there will be anything really big missing (Yankee Hotel Foxtrot, Is This It, Kid A, etc.).

I bet they don't include Sound of Silver, given their review of it at the time.
Radiohead, Wilco, White Stripes, Sufjan, LCD Soundsystem, and Franz Ferdinand are left from the Acclaimed Music top 10. You're probably right about LCD and FF has to be too gauche. Sufjan got a 94% review but combined 86%, which means that at least a couple staffers were significantly less enthusiastic, and they didn't even review the early White Stripes albums. Kid A and Yankee Hotel Foxtrot have got to be locks but the others...there's going to be a lot of rap in the top 20. Not much room left.
Sufjan was #2 for 2005; I have a feeling all of Illinois, Apologies to the Queen Mary, and The Woods will crack the T20. Spoon's Ga Ga Ga is also a lock, as are SMiLE, Madvillainy, and Hell Hath No Fury. Erykah Badu's New Amerykah is also safe. They alluded to Kid A, Supreme Clientele, and Since I Left You also being inside the T20. Amnesiac is a real possibility as well.
I think the T3 will be some combination of Kid A, Supreme Clientele, and Yankee Hotel Foxtrot.

What a refreshingly unique list, and what an excellent number one! Since I Left You is my number one for the decade, and it was quite pleasantly surprised to see it on top. I've never heard of one top-ten artist (Subtle) and have only vaguely heard of two others (Erykah Badu and Cannibal Ox).
