Re: L'Osservatore Romano all-time Albums List

I understand that THE POPE SMOKES DOPE by David Peel and the Lower East Side was a very close #11.

Anybody else find it odd that a Michael ... nope, not goin' there after all.

The underrated Crosby album really sticks out like a sore thumb on this otherwise extremely mainstream list. That album's always been much more acclaimed in Europe than at home - especially in Italy, to go by its AM album page.

Re: L'Osservatore Romano all-time Albums List

Well, as I understand it, L'Osservatore Romano speaks for the Pope, and since the Pope speaks for God, these must be God's favourite albums!

Also, I assume this is our first list from the Vatican- one more country for the list!
