Where or what CD can I find a rare PEARL JAM song called "Say No"?

It wasn't released on any of their studio albums. It's also known as the "anti-rape song". Its really a good Pearl Jam song!!!
But I don't know how to find it.
Any fellow Pearl Jammers want to tell me the secret to finding rare PJ songs on CD?? ...pretty please?
