Henrik indicated in August that rather than do a series of piecemeal updates, adding a few lists from his backlog at a time, he preferred to wait until he'd added almost all of these lists to his database and could do a huge update all at once. The consequence is that, yes, it's been five months now since the last site update (although he has been regularly updating the 2006 list), but we can be assured that whenever the next one does arrive, it'll be as complete as possible.
