What the hell kind of genre in United States of America and why are Korn and Modest both in it?

AMG used to have (at least it's not there anymore for Korn) the country origin listed among the artists' styles. Generally I haven't copied down this information, but apparently some slipped through. I will remove this in the next update.

I've seen that genre listed before. It seems to include acts that are male-driven, guitar-led rock, usually quite bland.
