Hey everyone. I’ve been dealing with something that’s honestly been stressing me out way more than it should. I’ve been getting constant calls and messages from a company called Professional Debt Mediation. It started off kind of normal but lately it's been feeling more aggressive and borderline harassing. They’ve contacted my workplace and even reached out to family members which seems totally out of line.

I’ve been trying to figure out what my rights are in this kind of situation and whether any of this is even legal. Has anyone else had run-ins with this company? Did you manage to get them to back off or did you have to take legal action? I’d appreciate any advice or shared experiences. This stuff is exhausting to deal with alone.
