Like Nicolas and a few others I'm a bit frustrated about the albums that were selected for the decade top 100 poll. To treat my frustration, I'm posting my list of the 10 most deserving albums that didn't make the cut. Most of you have probably seen these albums listed by me before, but anyway here goes...

The most frustrating thing was when TV on the Radio debut didn't make to final because I somehow put the album to my #4 and not to #2 - the place it should have been (I like it so much more today than And the Lefthanded or Interpol albums although I listened those more in 2004).
Drum's Not Dead and Saint Dymphna were also close to qualify but in those cases I couldn't have supported them more (50 points from me).

Antonius, I really like your list. Rhythm & Sound was just outside mine. A few ones I haven't heard that seem very interesting.

A fair amount of the un-acclaimed music I've loved in 2011 has been electronic. I think it's just that in the 00s my discovery was more limited by critical success.

Dubstep is extremely popular among folks my age, and this trend is well understated because the sales are under-reported and there's no brute force marketing directing everybody's attention to individual groups.

No albums really disappointed me by not making it. I especially wanted The Glow, Part Two, Boys and Girls in America, and Feels to qualify, but oh well.

A couple of songs from 2002 were a different story though. Obstacle 1 losing to Work It (I think in part because of Work It's almost inexplicably high ranking before the most recent update) by just a few points was ridiculous. Grindin' was also one of my favorite songs of the decade, and it didn't even come close to qualifying.
