That said, I haven't heard Tostaky, Gris Gris, Ordinary Man, and Lenox Avenue Breakdown
Fair enough. Slot that in at #5 then; if you can get it.
The two that stood out for me are The Wrens and Yo La Tengo. Those two are brilliant in their own ways.
I haven't heard much of the rest of the list, but from what I've heard, I don't think you'll be (too) disappointed with any of it.
I've got it on a post-it app on my desktop.

The Marshall Mathers LP (Took a long time to grow on me.)
Tim Buckley (More conventional early stuff, more experimental late stuff)

The recurring recommendations for me seem to be Notorious Byrd Brothers, Meadowlands, Out To Lunch, Boy In Da Corner, and a few others. And a few rare ones to look for.

Tricky - Maxinquaye
PJ Harvey - To Bring You My Love
Neil Young - Ragged Glory
Hole - Live Through This

And there are quite a few other good ones.
From the first list, I recommend Eric Dolphy and The Clash's Sandinista. Both are classics, so even if you don't like them right away, they are worth owning.
Sandinista has some questionable tracks, but that's part of its charm. To think that it was a triple album released only a year after London Calling is amazing. Some of the songs on Sandinista are among the very best ever recorded by The Clash.
At first, I didn't notice "Gris Gris" on your list. That's an awesome record.
