Enrique Morente died some days ago. He was one of the best flamenco cantaores ever along with Antonio Mairena or Camarón de La Isla. His daughter, Estrella Morente, sang a piece a-capella during the funeral that moved to tears to a whole country.
Enrique Morente was the main innovator of flamenco, pushing away every barrier. You can listen here in a live improvised performance with Lee Ranaldo and Steve Shelley of Sonic Youth in an Arts Centre this 2010.
But he never forgot his flamenco roots, listen to him singing a Martinete, the most ancient and primitive flamenco style.
