Records you hadn't heard (of) before some of the EOY lists
I've been listening to pretty much only Forest Swords' Dagger Paths and Zola Jesus's Stridulum II since FACT and NME published their lists, neither of which I had come across before. Both are great - I have Zola Jesus blasting out now and it's epic.
I gave Emeralds another go post-DiS crowning them, and it is a good record indeed.
