edit: actually it's all very nice except the #1. though it's a great song, it's a pretty plain punk song and i don't really think that it says much about the decade, that song could've been done by any other band since 1977

I guess it's all eligible since it's a critics' list without any researches or polls or anything. The concept of the list is that they have included songs that had earnt much of their initial popularity thanks to blogs. But the staff decided the order. "az évtized legmenőbb olyan számai, amelyeket a blogok és más internetes zenei honlapok emeltek ki a semmiből, vagy legalábbis nagyon futtattak, de mégsem lett belőlük Igazi Sláger" roughly means the same, adding that these songs hadn't become much of a mainstream hit.
