Hello,
I seek some advice and guidance.

I am trying to adjust the primary drive chain.
I have slackened off the two gearbox bolts which seems to have had no effect at all.
The gearbox will not move even with gentle persuasion.
The primary drive cover is off revealing a very loose chain.
Am I missing something ….I assumed an easy job.

Firstly what bike is it?

If its an M20 there should be an adjusting nut between the gearbox and tool box.

have you considered getting a handbook?
