The credits show that it was taken on December 20th 1939 and refers to "their depot" so presumably in the U.K. It's a KM20 from Contract C3655

I hope that he wasn't too shy and that they did manage to have their wicked way with him. :wink:

You're welcome, David. The photo is on the Getty site and they obtained it from the Corbis Archive. Presumably it was once published in a U.K. newspaper but they have lost the original news agency and photographer's name.
