RAF Corporal on a Harley Davidson WLC,police man could be Belgian?,google translate comes up with "this is the English soldier who offered the doll"

Great picture! I think the second part reads "I would like this picture returned, please. He is called Harry Vickers". It's hard to read some of the words, but that's my best guess.
