Becoming an Army motorcycle dispatch rider

I ran across an interesting thread that I thought ya'll (or at least a few) might enjoy reading. It's about "becoming an Army motorcycle dispatch rider" on underpowered, air cooled, drum brake motorcycles, not unlike the ol' BSA we love.

Enjoy, John

Re: Becoming an Army motorcycle dispatch rider

Nice! I have the same ski's, but not much snow here, it's gone in a couple of days! but I once tested them on my Matchless, together with the spikey tyres, and it works really well!!!

Wonder if the newer ski's are made from aluminium??

Cheers,

Lex

Yes, I forgot about that one! much more elaborate, more like they used in the US.

Someone lost the primary chain inspection cap!
