Yes indeed Steve. That is a 1940 model WC10. It looks to me as though it has a Rexene saddle. Other pictures show a Dunlop rubber saddle. They must have used what ever was in the stores at the time. All these WC10's were supplied to the WO at the start of the 1940 season in 1939. Ron
