Re: Off

It's very difficult to diagnose machine and owner at a distance, but normally over-advanced ignition will cause rattling and engine damage rather than backfiring. You don't say if you have had the machine long. Was it OK before ? Do you have experience with manual ignition advance / retard systems ?

A carburettor air leak, valve problems or head gasket damage can cause popping and banging too. Does the choke make a difference ? Are you using the choke correctly (tight wire for choke off).

Re: Off

Also not forget that your exhaust pipe must be leak free in the cilinderhead..a air leak there can also give big bangs.

Re: Off

Yes it was normal before,i didn riding it a lot two times per month,so i have amal 276c 1b,new spark plug B6hs with closed gap,i found that the poin gap was very closed.

Re: Off

Yes I know this but this in not now,in idle working when I give throttle its off, when i ride it a little about 1 km start to have misfire and off again.i start to believe it's the point gap, because I change the carburator to see what happens,it was the same, when I give advance its off like like pressing the valve lever,I have no leaks from the cylinder head.

Re: Off

If the choke helps when riding, and not simply when starting from cold then I'd suspect that the pilot airways might be blocked. It's a common problem and not difficult to deal with but it does involve the extremely careful removal of the jet block from the mixing chamber. I have no idea of your experience and skills, but if you have any doubts then best to ask here first.
