Would anyone be able to advise me of the outside diameter of the cast exhaust spigot on a Royal Enfield 1941 350 WD-C barrel please?.

Well, that is a weird size, not a whole fraction inch size, I measure 42,2mm. hope that helps,

Would it be based on 1 1/4" BSP sizing for the stub ?

What would be the i/d of that?? my digital calliper has died of a low battery, and that's why I hate them! but in fractions I measure close to 1 21/32"
