CAn anyone assist with details or information about a speedometer cable for a 1942 M20?

I have a NOS Smiths speedometer, and a drive ive been told is not correct.

In researching i have seen information regargin:

Length, rotation direction, the square end drive length etc.

You have a later speedo drive and it's the wrong hand Andy.

I have the correct length cables for when you find a drive.

They don't have the protection spring on or any branding, I just haven't updated the picture yet.

The part number for the correct drive is 29-5737

You need the older model speedo drive, with the cable in front.
Make sure if you find one, the cable turns clockwise.
Most speedo drives turn anti clockwise.
