Put oil in until the level is at the filler screw. You are done. No need to measure the amount.

450cc equates to nearly 16 fluid ounces. There are 20 fl oz in a pint. Ron

Youre right John..The M20 gearbox won't take a pint...Fill until the oil appears in the filler spout on WD types and you're good to go...Ian

I had the same problem recently, the box took only about 430cc. That worried me, but is probably OK.
