Hi Kevin,

Have you all the proper spacers, and cork washers in place for your footpegs? I can send you a dimensioned drawing of them if you want.

Cheers

Re: m20 chaincase distance spacers

You need two of those cotton reel spacers #5. One behind the chain case and one inside the chain case and two cork washers #4. Ron

Re: m20 chaincase distance spacers

Ron, I suppose these 2 spacers are both the same size/length ?

And both cork rings are inside the chaincase..? (each on one side of the spacer)

Exactly so Mick. Ron

Re: m20 chaincase distance spacers

cheers dave

Re: m20 chaincase distance spacers

Sorry I havn't got one off the bikes. But if you can somehow measure the gap between the engine plate and rear of the inner chain case, will give it to you. Ron

Re: m20 chaincase distance spacers

This is an old photo I have on file - not a perfect dimension because of parallax error but close.

I can dig one out tomorrow and measure more accurately if you want?

It took me a few attempts to get the picture to display - apologies to anyone who was looking in real time.
