I have been trying to upload a photo with dimensions for two small collar type of washers to see if anyone can identify them. Base 19.3mm , collar section 11.8mm OD /7.8mm ID and overall height 9.4mm. Followed the uploading instructions etc. and all works until submit . It says it is forbidden.? Do you have to have 'clearance' or a membership to use photo uploading.?

I suddenly kept getting that Forbidden notice. I tried for a few days, then experimented with the Embed codes. So far the "BBCode Full" has worked. I've no idea why, but I guess they are trying to get us to update and start paying? Ron

With this photo, is the oil tank in the petrol tank ?

Yes indeed. It's another 250 WD C10 like this one, but I've fitted an OHV C11 engine in it. I call it "The Mongrel". Ron
