This photo was in a large collection of photos taken during the rider's service in North Africa in the early half of the war. There were many photos of disabled German aircraft at abandoned airfields etc. This one stuck out to me as it shows a Triumph 3SW (or possibly 5SW), one that I had not recognised before. Thanks to those that ID'd it on the WD bike Facebook group.
