There are 127mm in 5 inches.
Find a child to help you with the math's.

go from the begging better
we have a spacer 1/2" x 7/8" x 1 9/16"
1/2 is the diameter of the spacer
7/8 is the lengh of the spacer
1 9/16 what is.the inner diameter of the spacer??and how i calculate it,please
correct me if i am wrong[/quote]I don't understand those dimensions for a spacer. But here are the conversions:-

1 9/16" = 39.6875mm
1/2" = 12.7mm
7/8" = 22.225mm
