Hi Jan,could it be from one of these NFS/AFS bikes which appear to be blue/grey painted,also has what appears to be a six figure number on the front mudguard.

Don't think so Steve. The Home Office bikes (and vehicles in general) were really grey, not grey-blue...

Rebuild data tag is now back on ebay, item no 235835605925, now separated from the toolbox, which is also listed on ebay, seller seems to think it's off an Ariel WNG.
