No, the front down tube is shorter, it terminates at the top of the front engine plates rather than at the bottom as on the WM frames.

Just to add to Rob's comments, the front down tube was swept backwards more to allow clearance for the mudguard on the tele fork models. Therefore I think you can fit girders to a tele fork frame but not the other way round. Ron
