I've got a pair of (green) riders saddle springs amongst my bits and pieces...They are 2 1/2" long so would have to be used with a spring support of some sort I imagine...I recall (perhaps erroneously) that Matchless used these short springs...Could someone enlighten me or suggest what bike they are from?....Ian
It's not Matchless Ian. The G3's and most of the G3L's had longer springs than that with a hook type bottom loop like on Bantams. The last contracts had the standardised springs with an "L" bracket support for the bottom. Ron
