A question; the filler cap on the M20 primary chaincase; was the hole in the chaincase bigger on the WD models than later, after the war ?
Or is the hole the same size ?
(I believe in the war they were made off brass and after the war made off aluminium)
They were the same size until 1948, brass during the war and aluminium but the same pattern until the '48 season...After that a change was made to the smaller diecast cover as on A10s, B31s and most of the range....Ian
