Does any one know what "CODE 16144" means on the cover of this parts book,also the letters and numbers on page 24 ,they are not on any of the other parts books I have.

Presumably a post-war reprint with a 9/59 printer's date.

Does the 'code' number relate to something under the NATO stock system ?
