Flying flea serial no.?

I found a bike advertised as a flying flea. The frame no is V6272 and engine no is 10090. Are those in the proper WW2 range? is the V prefix proper?been painted black and has the wrong exhaust pipe. Thanks for the help. Chip

Sorry I transposed the numbers. Frame no is 10090 and engine is V6272.
