I've now generated a CAD file of the G3L battery strap and am going to laser cut it soon. I would appreciate any comments regarding the accuracy of the dimensions in the drawing linked below, particularly the various radii on the inside and outside corners.

Anyone who would like a copy of the CAD file please let me know.
