Hi, this is a picture of my father in law. He was born in Leningrad and was in the British army from 1944 to 1947. Does anyone have any information about this bike and/or the Derby camp.

Its a rebuild serial, many of these appear in the post war key cards but not this one sadly, so it appears it left the British Army before the cards were produced around c1948-1950.
