Just purchased this 1957 ex-Canadian Army TRW Mk2B. It's been off the road for a few years so will need some light, sympathetic restoration and recommissioning.

Very nice...It used to be possible to buy new ones 'in the crate' at Canadian auctions and many others that were disposed of were very low mileage...They are a nice thing to ride, very smooth running and easy to live with...The picture below is my earlier (1951) BTH mag equipped version...I sold it to a friend who really likes it...

They aren't all that fast but I guess that's not why we buy these things!!....Ian

Hi ian

This bike was one of a group of 17 TRWs imported by a UK dealer in 2015, all were registered in the UK with consecutive reg. numbers. Most were still in very nice original Army trim but a few had been civilianised. There are a few small issues to sort out but overall it runs very nicely and I'm very pleased with it.
