16 BVD BAOR - 16 Base Vehicle Depot. Based at Olen, Belgium
B41 - unknown

Can anyone help decipher this?

OK, that's relatively easy;

83ZB81 - Postwar military registration number, the ERM number.
116105 - My Frame # Correct!
16/2/70 - Sale date? No Struck Off the force, the sale came a little later, varies from 3 weeks to 3 months.
5556805 - My Tank #? C5556805 ? Correct.
Blank (just a ") This is the contract number S5209 see at the top of the card.
16 BVD BAOR - 16 Base Vehicle Depot. Based at Olen, Belgium No B.A.O.R. means British Army On (the) Rhine, 16th. I have to look up. but usually Germany.
B41 - unknown Have to look this up also.

The Key Card's number is 454a

I think Brad is correct, 16BVD is 16 Base Vehicle Dept at Olen.
