Spacer bsa wm20

Hello does any one know the measurements between engine shock absorber and shaft?when I tide the shock absorber I can't push the Kickstart when I loose it the sock absorber is working.

Hi, the chain needs to run straight so the engine sprocket has to be in line with the clutch-sprocket. You can determine the position of the sprocket by holding a steel rule against the clutch sprocket. check above and below and turn the clutch to see if it is not wobbling to much.

The height of the spacer or thickness of the shim you need will follow from this.

Also make sure the nut is not running to the end of its threads, it needs to clamp firmly the whole lot of sleeves, bushes, bearings and shims which are on the driveshaft, in- and outside the engine.

Inside 25 mm, outside 33 mm, height see above.
