Need to replace the 1950s type already fitted to a ww2 type and wondered what's best to fit please to make it look more period.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Re: wm20 correct rear light and number plate to fit??
It depends what date your bike is, but by 1941, number plates were being removed and wartime blackout lights being fitted so nothing is correct and legal.
You can go back in time to the earlier square plate with Lucas MT110 lamp (modern replicas can have a brake light function, originals would need to be fiddled with but are expensive anyway). There is of course the rather wonderful MT1130 'Dan Dare' rear lamp fitted before the war...but prices are even higher.
