I can't see anything else India pattern, but unless it is a field mod, this early (mid 1940 or prior) 16H has an India Office type crankcase shield.

Do you know that the writing means on the front number plate Rik? I can see it says WD, is it a unit number or something?

The British Army used joint western / arabic number plates in both Egypt and Palestine. It doesn't seem to have been related to WD serial number - there must have been a local register.

It has the look of a professional photo.
Note the sun angle as depicted by the shadow and also that the rider is not actually riding, just posing on the bike with his left leg supporting the bike while being totally obscured by the motorcycle
