Is it a 12 Cab Canadian Pattern ? The roundel as air recognition was also used on army vehicles in the MEF. My guess is that the MP has arrived on the M20 - Interesting to see that it remains dark-coloured, even though the other vehiles have been repainted in light stone.

The bike could be in shade making it look a lot darker than it is.
