Had this odd BROOKS pannier bag a few years now(have got a NOS opposite side coming),it was quite grubby but I put it in the washing machine a couple of times and its now a lot cleaner,will now restore the leather corners as shown on the tech section,there is some 2mm leather off cuts and canvas dye on ebay which looks like a good match.I think this type of pannier bag was made by J.B.BROOKS LTD fom Birmingham. Some of the original colour is still on the inside.
