Hi all, am sure this has been asked any times before but can any one help with telling me how on earth the felt dust washers fit and where on rear wheel???

Felt 29 fits in the recess in the back of brake drum and the flange on dummy axel 24 sits inside the felt. Felt 35 fits under plate 19 on the other side of the cotton reel. Ron

If it doesn't all fit nicely together, then you need to look at which rear wheel bearings you have used.

The original bearings would have been imperial and have slightly less width than a metric equivalent.

You can either go back to imperial where the bearings are more expensive or use metric bearings with slightly narrower thrust washers.
