1. select the webpage you want to show.

2. press the Ctrl button and than quickly the C button (or use the right click on your mouse/touchpad and select 'copy')

3. go back to your forum post.

4. type

5. press the Ctrl button and than quickly the V button (or use the right click on your mouse/touchpad and select 'paste')

6. type

7. And voilà your working link is created in your post.

Sven, I copy and paste links and have no problems on most forums but on this message board, my links are never live. What am I doing wrong ?

The problem is that the text behind 4. and 6. in Sven's description doesn't show up on the forum, as it is HTML code and not pure text. In 4. there should be url between square hooks, and in 6. there should be /url between square hooks.

I'll try to make a description that includes these commands.
